Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions including without limitation this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and seeLastMinute.com as a result of these Terms or your use of this website. seeLastMinute.com's performance of these Terms is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of seeLastMinute.com's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by seeLastMinute.com with respect to such use.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and seeLastMinute.com with respect to this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and seeLastMinute.com with respect to this website. Although seeLastMinute.com cannot monitor the conduct of its users offsite, it is a violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from this website in order to harass, abuse or harm other persons, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any user or person without their prior express consent.
These general terms and conditions apply both to all noncommittal reservation requests and to bookings of properties & holiday packages via the own world-wide reservation system of seeLastMinute.com. Detailed information and contract conditions, which are beyond these general business terms and conditions, you receive and accept separately, during the individual reservation and booking dialogues.
We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation.
You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival, a fee may occur. Please do so directly with the relevant travel services provider.
In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.
Every effort is made to ensure properties process your bookings correctly.
Your contract is with the travel services provider, not seeLastMinute.com. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.
In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the technical fee.
Guest ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility for the such opinions.
DEFINITIONS
seeLastMinute.com System (hereinafter referred to as the System)
The Hotel Reservation System seeLastMinute.com via the Internet, which enables reservation of hotel rooms in Travel service providers hotels.
Client
A natural or legal person having full capacity to perform acts in law as defined by the Bulgarian Civil Code or other person with no legal personality which can, by virtue of legal regulations, assume rights and obligations, and which uses the seeLastMinute.com System for the purpose of reserving a hotel room.

Document of a standard form, in an electronic version used for the purposes of the cancellation or modifying the reservation of a hotel room in the seeLastMinute.com System.
Hotel night
Starts at 2.00 p.m. and ends at 12.00 a.m. of the following day.
On Request Reservation
Reservation of a hotel room by sending an inquiry to the hotel about a possibility to make a reservation for a specified number of rooms.
On-Line Reservation
Reservation of a hotel room made online via Web reservation seeLastMinute.com System.
Guaranteed reservation
A reservation that remains valid until the end of the first reserved hotel night.
Non-guaranteed reservation
A reservation that remains valid until 6.00 p.m. of the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation
Information about resignation from a reserved room sent to the hotel by means of a cancellation form or notified by phone directly to the hotel.

RESERVATION REQUEST AND BOOKING
Every reservation request and booking will be forwarded to the corresponding travel services provider, via seeLastMinute.com as carrier of the message. Thus, noncommittal reservation requests get to the travel services provider via e-mail, so that they themselves will send you an offer or specific information, requested by you. On the other hand, bookings of properties & holiday packages via seeLastMinute.com are binding. Thus, an accommodation or travel service contract comes into effect, via mouse click, when making a booking. Please pay attention to individual cancellation deadlines and conditions in particular.
ACCOMMODATION OR TRAVEL SERVICE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND TRAVEL SERVICES PROVIDER AND PAYMENT
The accommodation or travel service contract comes into effect immediately between you and the travel services provider of your choice, when making a booking. You pay confirmed price directly in the travel services provider. Any claims and obligations out of the accommodation or travel service contract exist between the booking customer and the travel services provider chosen by him/her.
By using the reservation system an accommodation contract will come about between you and the travel services provider of the specific travel service. ("the contract").
The contract becomes binding and valid at that moment, when you receive the booking confirmation from seeLastMinute.com via e-mail with reservation status.
seeLastMinute.com works as carrier only and merely conveys statements between you and the travel services provider. seeLastMinute.com acts as an independent third party in relation to you and the travel services provider, but not as partner, trustee, representative or subcontractor of either you or the travel services provider. seeLastMinute.com cannot be held liable for the realisation of the contract.
CONFIRMED PRICES ACCORDING TO CONTRACT
All seeLastMinute.com prices are current, the best day prices, shown in the name of the individual hotel and are valid for all bookings made via the world-wide seeLastMinute.com reservation system. All prices shown are in Euros (€).
Bookings take place according to the best and currently the best seeLastMinute.com day price in each case. This price is submitted directly by the travel services provider for the arrival date chosen, and is shown in the name of the travel services provider. Available seeLastMinute.com last-minute, seasonal, weekend or special prices, will be considered automatically during the booking.
For Bulgaria, prices include service charges and VAT. In other countries, regulations and rules differ. Please note, that a visitor's tax might apply in certain locations. In some countries, a local tax and/or a service charge is levied on the travel price or room rate. The amount of this tax changes all the time, and thus, information regarding this tax is always noncommittal.
BOOKING CONDITIONS - SERVICES OF seeLastMinute.com
On the website seeLastMinute.com, seeLastMinute.com posts a selection of individual travel services. Should you wish to book a travel service, seeLastMinute.com receives your reservation request via seeLastMinute.com. If seeLastMinute.com knows the travel service booked is available, seeLastMinute.com makes the reservation with the travel services provider and conveys the booking confirmation to you. Otherwise seeLastMinute.com will forward your reservation request to the individual travel services provider and vice versa.
seeLastMinute.com is not the travel services provider of the travel services, but the travel services provider itself is responsible for them.
Should you book several travel services via seeLastMinute.com, their selection and composition is not done by seeLastMinute.com, but by the customer him/herself and at his/her own responsibility.
VALIDITY OF YOUR RESERVATION
Rooms booked will be held by the travel services provider operator until 6.00 p.m. local time on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated in the travel services provider description displayed. Thereafter your claim to the room/s reserved expires, unless you arranged for late arrival with the travel services provider operator. Specific terms and conditions apply to the individual travel services provider operator.
BINDING CHARACTER OF YOUR RESERVATION AND CHANGES
Depending on the terms and conditions of the travel services provider you are obliged to pay the price agreed upon for the travel service booked (or a part thereof - rest of the confirmed price) directly in the travel services provider or directly to the individual travel services provider, if you fail to cancel the reservation in time or if you do not show up in the travel services provider without having cancelled your reservation before.
The detailed terms of cancellation are normally separately stated in the booking dialogue and are being accepted by you at the time of booking. Should there be no specific terms of cancellation stated, you may cancel your reservation 72 hours until 6 p.m. (local time) on the day of arrival.
You may assign your claim to the travel service reserved to another person only with the explicit consent of the travel services provider.
In order to avoid misunderstandings and false entries, please inform us of all changes, additional information or cancellations (if possible) immediately online via seeLastMinute.com or, at very short notice, directly inform the travel services provider operator.
Special rates - to be booked with a minimum stay - can only be accorded to those guests staying the total length of their booked residence. In case of an earlier departure from the travel services provider, higher rates may apply.
Prices and Taxes - Depending on the particular country, the price of a travel service can increase by taxes and fees. Taxes and fees are included in the travel service price only, if this is indicated separately.
The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services made by you through this website.
MAKING A RESERVATION
You will be responsible to the travel services provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the travel services provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel services provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.
You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours from your agreed check-in time or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time, you authorise the travel services provider to charge to your credit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding one night's charge in the case of accommodation or such amount as may be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions in the case of non-accommodation product. Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation
Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly.
In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the travel services provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.
WHEN A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED
seeLastMinute.com will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the travel services provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the travel services provider.
seeLastMinute.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
seeLastMinute.com does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the travel services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.
seeLastMinute.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
NO LIABILITY
You should note that seeLastMinute.com does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
All bookings for travel services on this website are made with the travel services provider concerned and not with seeLastMinute.com. seeLastMinute.com only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. seeLastMinute.com is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.
Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

INFORMATION TO REVOCATION RIGHTS
You can revoke your registration with seeLastMinute.com at any time. On request, we delete your data completely and immediately. Please send an according e-mail to Customer support. Please note, that a deletion of data can only be made when all open transactions have been closed. We gladly inform you about a deletion of data on request.
MISCELLANEOUS
